California is the world´s fifth largest economy according to EIA. California is an "Energy Island", isolated from the continental U.S., because there are no inter state pipelines carrying oil and gas into California. As a result, all of California's energy demand must be met by local sources or be shipped in by tanker, train or truck (the "Three T's") creating unnecessary carbon emissions. PCEC is an independent oil producer supplying affordable energy to local communities. Its facilities are subject to the most stringent regulations in the world and are therefore the least environmentally impactful among oil peers.
